Fieldview’s sustainability mission statement:
Incorporate UAE’s two major sustainability initiatives in order to reduce the global environmental impact while still meeting the demands of the customer in an eco-friendly way. 1) ABU DHABI: PEARL BUILDING RATING SYSTEM OR ESTIDAMA 2) DUBAI SUSTAINABILITY PLAN: GREEN BUILDING REGULATION OR AL SA’FAT.
How We Do It
The following are the innovative green initiative strategies that Fieldview integrates across its business functions to contribute positively to the community and the planet.
- Preserve and conserve our natural resources as much as possible

- Use energy-efficient equipment and machinery thereby cutting energy wastage
Quality Policy Statement
Fieldview provides specialized building and maintenance services in the construction industry. We are based in Al Ain city in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, however our services are rendered throughout UAE.
Quality is important to our business because we value our customers. We strive to provide them with products and services which meet and exceed their expectations.
In support of our mission & vision, our policy is to maintain a practical but comprehensive Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 to continuously measure and improve our performance.
Following are the systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim:
The satisfaction of customers shall be the primary focus of the quality management system- Systems and plans to be designed to ensure a complete understanding of customer requirements and consistently accurate and effective service provision
Management to regularly review audit reports, customer feedback and complaints
Company staff to work closely with the suppliers to ensure the quality process to meet customer’s needs and set criteria
Staff to be encouraged and trained to participate in quality improvement activities
All employees to take responsibility for understanding and applying quality policy in their own areas of work to ensure the policy is embedded throughout the company
Company management to fully adhere to the Quality Policy by providing resources and by actively participating in quality improvement activities

Fieldview contracting is committed to protecting and promoting the health and safety of all its employees through their cooperative efforts in providing a safe and healthy work environment.
Fieldview’s health and safety statement along with the policy and plan ensures our commitment to provide a safe and a healthy working environment for each and every employee. However, all employees at Fieldview are accountable for compliance to the company’s health and safety policy.
To achieve this the following is incorporated into all of our organizational activities:
Health and safety is integrated into all areas of work in the company to strive and reduce risks for accidents and injuries and mitigating hazards
Health and safety training will be provided for all employees to perform their own work safely and efficiently
All business operations to comply with the health and safety policy and OHSA regulations
All staff are authorized to take required action to stop unsafe work and activities which is hazardous in order to protect our employees and public, and immediately report it to the site engineer or the project manager
Safety officer to work in tandem with the management and staff to eliminate any potential workplace hazards.
